Here is a woman who once chose to live—fully, fiercely, and on purpose.
At 21, my world cracked open. Amidst a fierce war in my native country, I faced a terminal cancer diagnosis. The prognosis was grim. The doctors gave me two weeks. No time. No hope. No chance.
But something deeper awakened within me—an unstoppable will to live, a knowing that healing was possible. I turned inward. I listened. I meditated. I prayed. I changed my life. And I healed.
What followed was more than a recovery.
It was a rebirth.
Through holistic healing, unwavering faith, and deep spiritual connection to my inner energy—my Enerchi—I not only survived but transformed my health and life. That experience ignited my passion for helping others reclaim their health and vitality.
And in doing so, I discovered what I was here to give:

I didn’t always have this clarity. I lived much of my life trying to escape the darkness. I built a life that looked beautiful but felt hollow. I played the roles, wore the masks, collected the titles.
And then… I unraveled.
Burnout. Lyme disease.
Until I realized: it wasn’t about escaping.
It was about coming home.
Awakening. Rebirth.
The messy magic of it all led me here.
Now, I draw upon every aspect of my journey—the scientific, the strategic, the spiritual, the branding, the body wisdom—to help you in birthing what’s next.
Beyond my personal healing journey, I bring three decades of professional experience in holistic health. I am a certified Holistic Health Therapist, coach, nutrition and health expert, and preventive health scientist.
My approach is grounded in both deep intuitive knowing and rigorous scientific study, clinical research, and hands-on experience with thousands of clients worldwide.
I studied Physiology, Nutrition, and Disease Prevention at Chechen State University from 1991 to 1999, focusing on how diet, stress, and negative thought patterns impact the body. I spent years examining the behavior of pathogenic microorganisms in those living out of alignment with their health—and what I discovered became the foundation of the work I now offer: healing that is both soul-led and science-backed.
With 30 years of guiding others through transformation, my mission is clear—to help not just thousands, but millions, reclaim their health and remember their inner power.
A joyful, devoted, endlessly inspired mother to three incredible daughters. They are 30, 20, and 11—each in her own radiant season of becoming. Motherhood has been my most sacred initiation—the deepest teacher of love, presence, and patience.
They have shaped me just as much as I have guided them. Through them, I’ve learned what it means to lead with heart, to hold space with grace, and to rise—not just for myself, but for the next generation of women becoming. They are my greatest why, my daily joy, and my most powerful mirrors.
